Fixed Delivery Date
Only dates specifically confirmed in writing by SelfOS represent guaranteed delivery timelines.
Delayed Shipments
In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly and provide updated delivery estimates.

Shipping Charges

The delivery charges applicable to your order shall be calculated at the time of initiating the Transaction based on the following factors:

  • Your shipping address and location
  • Product weight and dimensions

Shipping charges will be collected as part of the total Transaction Amount payable for the products and/or services.
