Definitions

"Payment Instrument" Shall include credit cards, debit cards, bank accounts, prepaid instruments, UPI, IMPS, or any other payment method introduced by banks or financial institutions.

"Platform" Refers to the website or interface through which Transactions may be initiated.

"Transaction" Means the request placed by you to purchase products and/or services by paying the Transaction Amount.

"Transaction Amount" Refers to the amount paid by you in connection with such Transaction.

"User" Shall refer to any person availing products or services through the Platform.

Information Collection & Usage

You agree that we may collect, store, and use information provided by you for the purpose of fulfilling your order or contacting you in relation to any Transaction.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide true, complete and updated information, including:

Name, email address, phone number

Delivery address, age, gender

Accurate payment details

This information is required for completing the Transaction.

Prohibited Actions

You may not use the Platform for any purpose other than what has been expressly permitted. You agree not to:

Retrieve content or data to create compilations
Impersonate another user or mislead/fraud others
Misuse support systems or interfere with Platform functionality
Use automated tools or upload harmful software/code
Harass or threaten others
Reverse engineer Platform software
Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial activities

Any actions inconsistent with applicable laws or security features of the Platform are strictly prohibited.

Refund Process

In the event you receive a defective product or a deficient service, your sole remedy shall be to initiate a refund request in accordance with the applicable refund terms.

Limitation of Liability

We expressly disclaim liability for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the User, and the User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Merchant and its representatives from any claims or damages arising from the User's breach of these Terms.

Reviews & Ratings

You agree that reviews must be based on first-hand experience and may not include abusive, hateful, discriminatory, false, misleading, or illegal content. While we may accept, reject or remove reviews at our discretion, by posting any review, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Courts in Bengaluru shall have jurisdiction for injunctive relief.

Important Disclaimer

By initiating a Transaction, you acknowledge that you are entering into a legally enforceable contract to purchase the listed goods or services and agree to pay the applicable amount using lawful and legitimate payment methods.

You must keep passwords, order IDs, and security details confidential. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your payment instrument or interruptions caused by technical errors or fraudulent activities.

The Platform may contain information uploaded by Users and links to third-party websites, for which we assume no responsibility. You are solely responsible for securing your device and using appropriate virus-protection measures while accessing the Platform.
